One of the greatest comforts in our walk with the Lord is knowing that He is the Great Over-Ruler. Psalm 40:1-2 reminds us of God’s faithfulness:
Psalm 40:1-2 To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. 1 I waited patiently for the LORD; And he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. 2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.
In a world marred by sin and suffering, believers often face hardships. Yet, we can find comfort in knowing God is always at work, turning our trials into triumphs.
In life, we may not always understand why we face difficulties. However, we can trust that God is the Great Over-Ruler, working all things for our good. Hang in there. One day, our faith will be sight.
