Ukraine Cluster Bomb Controversy

The US has sent controversial cluster bombs to Ukraine to aid in their war against Russia. Their purpose is to clear out heavy concentrations of soldiers. While Ukraine has promised to use these types of weapons only in military areas, Russia has been using similar weapons in both military and civilian areas.
